We work with Australia Post, Sendle, Pack & Send as our main delivery partners.
- Sendle is Australia’s first 100% carbon neutral delivery provider. We use Sendle for some of our accessories and smaller cases
- Pack & Send is able to deliver our large products such as cello and guitar cases. Pack & Send is recognised around the world and offers an extensive network of pick-up points, meaning that you won’t have far to travel should you not be home to receive your order in person.
- Australia Post has the widest network in Australia, allowing us to reach remote and regional customers. We use Australia Post for our strings, accessories and some small cases.
DELIVERY REGIONS AND COSTS
Delivery costs are calculated during the check-out process. We offer $5 flat rate delivery or free shipping over $50*. All orders come with tracking.
*Some of our larger products such as cello and guitar cases may have custom deliver costs that vary from region to region. This will be calculated at checkout once you enter your postcode for delivery.
We do not deliver to Norfolk Island, Christmas Island, Cocos Island, and the Australian Antarctic Territory.
We deliver within Australia only. Overseas orders will not be accepted.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but as a rough guide, you can expect the following:
Melbourne metro area: 1-2 business days
Country Victoria: up to 5 business days
Metropolitan areas in NSW, QLD, TAS, SA, WA, NT AND ACT: 3 to 6 business days
Country areas in NSW, QLD, TAS, SA, WA, NT and ACT: varies. Contact us for an estimate
